Two Places at Once 13 / 15
Frozen City
- The two photographs
- A Miami Beach, Florida, tower and its neighbors against a streaked blue sky, and the cracked blue face of a glacier rising out of gray water.
- Why together
- Floor lines and ice fractures both stack in horizontals. Building the towers out of glacier puts the coldest place in these photographs inside the warmest.
