Honey Hour

Late and early light turning Gironde stone to gold: farmhouses at sundown outside Pellegrue, a vineyard road at dusk, the first lamps of evening, the village water tower in a morning flare, the Dordogne at Castillon-la-Bataille, and low sun over the churches, towers and roofs of Saint-Émilion. Graded warm so the stone and the light look like honey.
